T.O. Haas Tire & Auto

I called Walmart for a quote prior to returning to T.O Haas. I gave them the mod l number I was quoted from Haas, a 60,000 mile tire. The sales person at Walmart started with a 50,000 mile tire, I request apples to apples. The guy couldn’t get there, no road hazard included, no tire disposal, no tax. With those things included and an oil change I was out of T.O. Haas in an hour and a half, spending likely less than the Walmart quote, had the guy ever gotten there. No wonder my Dad, B.A. always sent us to Haas. You do a good business and I enjoyed the conversation with your patrons while I waited.

I walked in asking if they had time To repair my tire and at the time they did not. But I was told to leave the tire with them and they would get to it in the next couple of hours. I brought the tire back, dropped it off and I was told to come back at about 4 o’clock. I came back at that time and the tire was done and I appreciated the courtesy that I received that day..

I had an excellent experience yesterday at T.O. Haas Tire & Auto, and I felt compelled to share just how impressed I was with the customer service I received. The gentleman who assisted me was outstanding polite, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to ensure my car was properly serviced and went above and beyond to explain every detail clearly. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, he made sure I understood everything about the work being done and answered all my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing such high-quality service. His professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Overall, I would rate him as an excellent representative of great customer service and, more importantly, a genuinely good person. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Highly recommended!

I found myself with a flat tire, I stopped in at the last minute right before 5:30 and they gave me some air. They said be sure to watch that tire and come back if it's flat again. well next day yes it was flat again, so I went in and had the flat repaired, again at 430 or 5. It was reasonably priced quick and they did a great job. They also told me to come back the next day or after 50 miles or so to tighten the lug nuts which I did. The store is very convenient to my house and was a positive experience.

I needed new tires and T.O. Haas made the whole process easy. The tires are great quality, and they really listened when I told them my budget they made it work without any pressure or upselling. They also worked around my schedule, which I really appreciated. I’ve always gone to Discount Tire in the past, but honestly, T.O. Haas is way better service and price. I’ll definitely be coming back.
